Evaluated leading ASM and CTI solutions (CyberSonar, CyCognito, Kaspersky) to inform strategic product positioning and adoption decisions. Produced competitive assets, including SWOT analyses, pitch decks, and battlecards, that enhanced sales enablement and market differentiation.
Process Mining – Ticketing Log Analysis (RuM & Apromore)
Carried out a comprehensive process mining study on real-world ticketing logs, designing a Python-based CSV-to-XES converter and normalizing data for analytical consistency. Gained hands-on experience with Declare constraint modeling and contributed to methodological documentation and workshops on tool integration.
